50% of Median County Income
 
Must meet Income Requirements,  provide 3 or 12 month income; proof of home ownership,
 Home Owners eligible
Renters – handicap accessibility services w/ landlord permission
Must agree to all services required by State of Ohio & sign work authorization

SERVICES PROVIDED

May include handicap modifications or accessibility, heating unit  repair or replacement,
 hot water heater repair or replacement, roof repair , replacement, electrical & plumbing services,
home repair. All work completed by in-house crews or licensed contractors
Maximum assistance for all services is limited

LIMITATIONS ON SERVICES

May receive services once per client per year.
Average $7500 per unit 48 units(118 persons)
2 year grant – 2012-2014 Funding Cycle: Mar 1 - Apr 31
