Must meet Income Requirements,  provide 3 or12 month income, current utility bills, program specific documentation
Owners and Renters eligible; Mobile Homes NOT eligible;
Landlord contribution may be required
Must agree to all services required by State of Ohio & sign work authorization

May include insulation, heating unit  inspection, repair/replacement, weatherization
All work completed by in-house crews or licensed contractors
Energy education to assist in reducing energy costs
Maximum assistance for all services is limited

LIMITATIONS ON SERVICES

May receive services if no weatherization completed at address since September 1993.
Will require NEAT Audit if post 1993
